Please allow 7 working days for delivery after payment, no queries or e-mails regarding shipping will be answered before this time.
We use couriers for shipping, so we will need a home or work address where there is someone during the day to collect the parcel.
Please track and trace your own parcel or phone the couriers, once we sent you the couriers name and tracking number. No e-mails will be answered regarding this.
EFT payments can take up to a few hours to reflect.
If you tracking number is not showing on the courier’s system, please wait a day or two as we sometimes post after the cut off time or they pick up too late.
We only post Monday’s to Thursday’s, not on Friday’s, Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Public Holidays.
We do not accept responsibility for parcels if details are wrongly supplied or filled in.
